What will this role involve?

This is a challenging role which requires you to help deliver the best next generation services to all our customers. This role will include a variety of different tasks. It requires a ‘hands on’ approach to contribute to projects at different stages and various disciplines including business analysis, testing, service introduction, business change and project management.
You will develop your problem solving and analysis skills to understand data and information on business performance, processes and customer feedback; and then learn to use this to design & deliver effective solutions as part of a multi-faceted team, building on existing research or evidence to enable decisions to be made to improve our business processes.
You will support the business to review and contribute to test plans, analysing, reviewing and assessing requirements and design specifications.
You will help deliver process, people, systems and data changes into business and IT operations.
You will learn to be able to operate key project management activities including maintaining a plan.
There will be a need for flexibility; this role will support both continuous business improvement and an end to end solution delivery lifecycle using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
What are we looking for?
A high performer who has strong collaboration and communication skills which means they can build relationships. You will have an excellent ability to learn and then apply this knowledge and to assist with the delivery of numerous projects. A degree or equivalent level of experience is desired.
Thames Water information and salary details
These roles are based in various locations like Reading and Swindon offering a salary banding of £26,350 - £35,650 dependant on experience.
