We are seeking a dynamic manager to develop and maintain a strong and credible infrastructure and platform for the capture, control and reporting of accurate and timely HR data. You will implement progressive transparent measures of service quality for HR Services, and support the change associated with this.

What will this role involve?
Developing a quality assurance model which improves overall employee customer satisfaction.
Providing accurate and credible HR data though the continual maintenance and development of robust testing methodologies.
Leading, coaching and developing a strong team that is able to provide comprehensive analysis and data driven insights for the HR and business leadership teams.
Developing an appropriate strategy for the ongoing review and audit of HR Services to enhance performance and improve the customer experience.
Providing insight for HRBPs to deliver change against critical issues.
Continually developing, maintaining and improving the HR reporting outputs in accuracy, design and presentation.
Leadership and development of the team to deliver excellent reporting capability for HR.
Leading HR organisation on developing data driven insights and reporting.
Promoting communication and efficient work practices across HR and the wider business.
What are we looking for?
Do you possess significant data, systems and reporting experience? Have you got a background within business change and re-organisation to new operating model environments? If yes, apply now! A background in HR isn’t a requirement to be successful in this role. We’re seeking customer-centric and engaging individual with keen commercial awareness. Your previous experience will have been in a similar, large complex organisation working to tight deadlines, demonstrating successful outcomes for quality improvement. You will have experience in data systems and implementation of new HR technology. You will have strong audit and analysis skills with experience of metrics and scorecard development and data driven insight reporting. Strong experience in business processes within HR and development of strong relationships with additional functional areas is advantageous.
Thames Water information and salary details
This role is based in central Reading, only minutes from the train station. We are offering a salary of up to £64,000, depending on skills and experience; plus an attractive benefits package including car allowance and bonus.
