Provide support to the ‘Spring programme’ through critical path phases, including Design, Build, Testing and go live activities. Lead the development of business processes maps in collaboration with the design team and Thames Water stakeholders to reflect the new systems integration in line with business’s Process architecture standards. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the implementation of a prominent customer relationship management system in the largest UK water company and lead on the Business Process catalogue and Support Continuous Improvement initiatives.

What will this role involve?
Provide support to the ‘Spring programme’ through critical path phases, including design, build, Testing and go live activities.
Lead the development of business processes maps in collaboration with the design team and stakeholders to reflect the new systems integration in line with the business process architecture standards.
Be a positive role model to other SMEs within the programme and support in cross functional streams where required.
Collect evidence of collaborative working alongside SI and other partners, promoting the one team ethos.
Be proactive in delivering results and supporting work stream development.
Representation of Spring Programme at wider business communication events.
Support business engagement and transition alongside transition managers.
What are we looking for?
You must be ideally qualified to a degree level with experience from a similar support or development role in supporting business critical process. Business process mapping tools eg ARIS and excellent planning and analytical skills are key to this role, along with good stakeholder management skills (at all levels). Applicants must be proficient communicators (verbal and in writing) to all audience levels, tenacious, adaptable, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. You must have excellent understanding of Thames water processes and values with the ability to demonstrate initiative and ideas for continuous improvement. Competent at using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Thames Water information and salary details
The role is based in our offices in Swindon offering a salary banding of £41,600 to £62,400 dependant on experience. On top of our competitive salary package, you will also receive a competitive bonus, car allowance, private healthcare and an industry leading pension scheme. We also offer 2 paid volunteering days per year.
