What you will be doing

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be supporting the Self-Lay team in managing the daily workflow and be responsible for our self-lay providers. You will be reviewing customer queries and hitting daily productivity targets and contributing to hitting the team KPI’s and SLA’s.

In an ever-changing environment, you will be able to support & assist the business in achieving the key objectives. During this process, you must ensure that our customer is at the heart of everything we do as well as ensure our assets are protected.

You will be working collaboratively within an established team and across the business; you will have exposure to a wide variety of stakeholders including customers, developers, contractors, and operations.

We’re looking for you to:

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to clearly interact with our stakeholders and customers.
  • Take accountability for your role while working accurately and flexibly within a busy team.
  • Be fully competent at using the appropriate Company IT Systems and Office Software.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills.
  • Have a proven track record of strong performance and a demonstrated ability to deliver results gathered from experience.
