The Integration Platform team plays a key role in digital transformation and is accountable for building and enhancing the integrations built on our key platforms (MuleSoft Anypoint, SAP Integration Suite) ensuring it meets the demands of the business.
As an SAP Technical Lead, you’ll be acting as the product owner for SAP Integration Suite and supporting the data & integration strategy working with various stakeholders from different projects.
Working in a DevOps model, you will be responsible for the delivery of new apis/integrations within SAP Integration Suite whilst also supporting operational resilience and platform stability.

As a member of the team, you will use your knowledge and expertise of SAP Integration Suite to guide the business and develop outcomes in accordance with requirements. Being familiar with the wide amount of capability provided within SAP Integration Suite, you will identify, build, and test high-quality technical solutions ensuring the expected functionality is provided.
What you’ll be doing
We want to bring together a team of brilliant tech minds with game changing ideas. We’re looking for people who will help us re-imagine the way we work and the way we get things done:
- You will be responsible for the success of integration implementations and ensure the technical quality, governance, and operationalisation of the integration solutions. This position requires deep experience with middleware applications, including expert-level knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and underlying CI/CD utilizing the detailed review of integration requirements.
- You will act as the product owner and be responsible for defining the stories and backlog, prioritising the workload of interfaces and guide the team on integration architecture design patterns, principles and best practices.
- Create the high-level design of integration solutions and guide on the choice of SAP components and patterns to use in the detailed design and implementation
- Collaborate with project/product teams to create, design and deliver a range of re-useable cloud solutions using SAP Integration Suite
- Lead all technical design, development, testing, continuous improvement, maintenance and support of the corporate solutions to support strategic insight and analytical focussed decision
- Analyse the impact of patches, certificates and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Document and direct the handover of solutions into business-as-usual (BAU) operation to support a robust service transition
- Become a key contributor and advocate of APIs, API Management, process automations and frameworks in projects and programs
To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:
- Significant integration experience (integration development, testing, and deployment experience) and more than 4 years of SAP Integration Suite hands-on experience
- Good experience in SAP Cloud Transport System, RAML, REST, SOAP, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps and versioning tools
- Hands on development experience of Integration Patterns and SAP Integration Suite best practices and standards and features
- Strong experience in leveraging standard SAP Integration content to build Integration flows in CPI for interfaces between SAP C4S (C4C Service Cloud) with S/4HANA, SAP ECC (on prem), Ariba and Concur
- Strong experience in designing reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate API and integration projects (RAML, REST, SOAP)
