This role is crucial to support the Brand and Marketing team with their activities. Namely, working to meet business objectives of customer satisfaction, increasing customer trust and perception, reducing pollutions, reducing leakage and Turnaround.

What you’ll be doing as a Brand Campaigns Executive:

  • Work with Senior Marketing Manager in development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in development, planning and execution of brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with social media team and creative agency to develop a plan for social media.
  • Work with the creative and media agencies , including internal creative team.
  • Maintain brand guidelines, assets, identity, and policies to ensure content is visually and verbally consistent and engaging, across all Thames Water sites and customer facing channels.
  • Provide Brand governance support for internal and external communications, ensuring brand guidelines and policies are followed.
  • Work cross functionally and support with preparation of campaign plans, presentations and reports.
  • Maintain the Brand Hub with up to date and refreshed branded content and policies.

Base location – Hybrid – Clear Water Court Reading

Working pattern – 36 hours a week

Necessary requirements for the role – MUST be able to attend the office every Tuesday

What you should bring to the role

Essential

  • Experience working in a marketing role, either client or agency side
  • Creative flair with a strong visual sense. Strong attention to detail and reliable to complete work to quality and timescales
  • Resilience and adaptability are a must
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience in creative content development

Desirable

  • Demonstrable project management and stakeholder management
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Copywriting experience
