What you’ll be doing as a Data Analyst - Data integrity
Play a key role in transforming our Non Household (NHH) data into valuable insights—boosting customer experience and driving operational efficiency across the business. As a Data Analyst - Data integrity, you will:
- Drive improvements in NHH metering and property data, identifying and resolving gaps, inaccuracies, and unbilled or unregistered usage.
- Manage and maintain property data reporting, ensuring our records align with key external benchmarks like Address Base Premium and business rates.
- Lead cross-functional data projects, working closely with teams across the business to uncover issues, develop solutions, and deliver measurable improvements.
- Act as the subject matter expert for property data, providing guidance and support across a variety of business initiatives.
- Champion data quality and integrity, raising awareness of its impact and embedding improvements across teams and processes.
- Support data governance frameworks and communicate key insights and risks to senior stakeholders—helping shape data-driven decisions.

What you should bring to the role
- Strong data analysis skills with hands-on experience in handling large, complex datasets.
- Experience in analysing business and technical requirements, improving processes, and developing effective methodologies.
- Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (essential).
- Experience with Power BI and Power Query (nice to have).
- Familiarity with the UK non-household water market and its competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver business change across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Experience using property benchmark data to uncover insights and drive improvement.
