What you’ll be doing as a Vacancy Analyst

You'll play a key role in providing data-driven insights that support business performance and informed decision-making. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll help identify opportunities, improve processes, and ensure the business can respond effectively to market and customer needs.

• Vacancy Reduction & Occupancy Identification - Identify potentially occupied properties recorded as vacant and support activities to update records and recover revenue opportunities.
• Revenue Protection & Commercial Performance Monitoring - Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes and support market performance measures.
• Field Visit Coordination & Operational Workflows - Coordinate investigation activities and ensure cases progress effectively from identification through to resolution.
• Data Analysis & Commercial Insight - Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and provide recommendations that support business decisions.
• Retailer Engagement & Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and other stakeholders to resolve occupancy and property-related queries.
• Data Quality, Governance & Compliance Monitoring - Support the accuracy and integrity of customer and property data, ensuring compliance with market and business requirements.
• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence - Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer outcomes.
• Cross-Team Collaboration & Operational Impact - Work closely with internal teams to deliver business objectives and support operational performance improvements.
• Developer Services & Property Registration Support - Provide support with property registration activities and help resolve associated data queries when required.

Base location: Hybrid – Clearwater Court, Reading
Working pattern: Full-time, 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Essential Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced analytical and numerical capability.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Ability to identify trends and recommend actions.

Additional skills and experiences that would be great to bring:

• Use of the MOSL CMOS platform.
• Knowledge of the water industry or wider utilities sector.
