About the role:

Are a you a forward thinking ServiceNow Developer looking for something other than another ITSM implementation?

Do you want to work on a cutting edge ITOM programme and play a major role in the implementation of a full ITOM enterprise suite within ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Solarwinds and other fringe technology?

Here at Thames Water, major investments have been made to utilise ServiceNow as its core platform so we are looking for someone who is eager to commit and grow with the business.

Skills and experience:

To be considered you MUST have a minimum of three years of ServiceNow development experience.

Experience in any of the following ServiceNow modules will be highly favourable:

  • Discovery
  • Service Mapping
  • Event Management
  • Cloud Management
  • ITSM
  • Notify
  • Performance Analytics
  • AppDynamics implementation experience

Thames Water have an allocated training budget, so candidates who present as enthusiastic, willing to develop professionally and who are prepared to commit to the Thames Water journey will also be highly considered.

Over the next two years Thames Water has an ambitious development pipeline aimed at delivering best in class toolkits (such as ServiceNow ITOM Enterprise and AppDynamics) to create a wide-reaching Command Centre focused on automation and orchestration to drive preventative actions rather than reactive ones.

The Command Centre will feature dynamic layered dashboards and reports that will allow its staff to spot and deal with potential issues before they happen, as well as provide the capability to manage on going outages with more efficiency using machine learning and AI.
