About the role:

We have a requirement for a Personal Assistant for a 10-12 months fixed term contract/secondment. The purpose of this role will be to provide a high level of support to 3 members of the Asset Management lead team. This role will assist the lead team members day to day activities and support them and their team to meet their operational, commercial and professional objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Complex diary and mailbox management, ensuring that time are planned and managed to enable maximum effectiveness and productivity.

  • Organise meetings, events, and departmental activities, taking minutes and recording actions where appropriate as well as arranging travel and booking venues as required.

  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from internal or external customers, meeting and greeting key stakeholders, processing and replying to sensitive and confidential correspondence on behalf of the ELG member and forwarding requests as appropriate. Regular liaison with other Executive lead team members, senior managers and PAs across the company and with key external partners and stakeholders.

  • Project managing any required actions with stakeholders and teams in the business.

  • Preparing and editing presentations for internal and external key stakeholders, board members and investors.

  • File and maintain data in accordance with GDPR, business procedures, agreed to standards and service levels, using company-specific systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent attention to detail alongside first-class organisational skills having gained experience working within a similar role supporting senior management.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent and ideally have experience liaising with stakeholders.
  • Self-reliant with the ability to work under your own initiative.
  • A high level of professionalism, pro-active and outstanding communication skills.
  • Fully competent with using the Microsoft suite and ideally experience of using various Company IT systems, including SAP.
  • The ability to handle pressure and changing priorities is essential.
