You will be an accomplished Transformation professional who is ready to support our new and inspiring Water Networks Transformation Programme (WNTX) to set the direction for change. This is a fantastic opportunity to fundamentally change how we operate and set ourselves up for future success. You will do this by harnessing the passion of our people and technology advancements to support our transformational journey and ambition.
 
This role is critical to our AMP7 Plan and future success of our Water Networks business, making changes to both our service and delivery to achieve our Purpose of which we are very proud, “to deliver life’s essential service, so our customers, communities and the environment can thrive”.

The Water Network delivery approach is radically changing in the next few years. With Customer Experience and Delivery Efficiency at its core, the Transformation will look at new and innovative ways to deliver our services with a balance between internal and external outsource activities. This role will be critical in understanding the internal business needs and developing a new performance framework in order to transform the way performance is managed in Water Networks.
 
The role holder will employ a consultative, logical style, and will require a deep understanding of the performance management within the business and have the drive to build and embed a robust framework. This may involve sourcing, manipulating, and interpreting data to produce clear and concise reports/visualisations. Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking are key to delivery in this fast-paced environment. Additionally, this role requires business acumen to question what is happening in the business and how this is reflected in the data.
