We are looking for a Market Operations Team Leader on a temporary basis to cover a 6-month secondment/ FTC, you will lead, coach and develop, a team of Registration or Non-Household Services Associates, who operate and manage the processes involved in data integrity within the market, ensuring day to day tasks are monitored understood and controlled, guaranteeing service level agreements and quality standards have been met.

You will provide technical advice to Associates and the wider WMS leadership community, as well as personally owning the investigation into high-level disputes and complaints on behalf of their business owners.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage a team of Associates to operate and maintain processes involved in the Registration or NHHs team, recognising where the team's skills can be used for reports that are integral to Wholesale Market Services
  • Coach the team to meet business objectives and enhancing the individual performance of associates with regular one to ones
  • Work with the Registration or NHHs Manager to ensure that training and support material is up to date, and in line with current policies and procedures.
  • To work with the Registration or NHHs Manager to identify risks and opportunities within Wholesale Market Services
  • Analyse registration reports, team performance data and trends seen in market transactions, to drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Work with the Associates to troubleshoot issues that need to be escalated and resolved.
  • Collaborate with teams across WMS and within the broader TW network, to drive improved efficiencies and broaden commercial understanding
  • To be the leader in data analysis and integrity, using the feedback from the Quality Assurance process to ensure Associates are completing their work to the quality standards expected
  • To own and manage one-off projects to time, cost and quality as directed

To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Team/people management experience, preferably related to teams dealing with the management of technical information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead
  • IT Skills are essential, with experience in excel and other database software.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
