About the role:

Working in a fast-paced, customer service environment, the scheduler role is responsible for understanding resource requirements, optimising resource utilisation to plan reactive and maintenance work effectively. The role carries a high level of responsibility as you will look after a large geographical area, manage multiple stakeholders and be expected to flex between varying business requirements on a daily basis.

This role aims to deliver excellent service to our customers and is at the heart of prioritising and delivering work for our field teams efficiently. To be successful you will:

  • Have previous experience working in a customer focussed environment.
  • Be able to demonstrate taking ownership of issues.
  • Have excellent communication and written skills.
  • Be able to analyse data to identify potential issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring resources are effectively utilised – reviewing reactive and planned maintenance, scheduling work for a geographical area to meet demanding SLA’s and business priorities.
  • Delivering an accurate schedule.
  • Ensuring work is delivered to the correct technician with the correct skills.
