What you will be doing

You will be responsible for managing our Slough distribution centre as well as management of several keys locations across our South London & Thames Valley region.  

We’re looking for you to:

  • Manage the Warehouse, its stock, people and tasks
  • Protect stock and provide 100% stock integrity
  • Possess essential SAP WM and RF technology knowledge: Driving stock management principles and accounting consistently across the region. 
  • Dynamically manage networks of distribution centres/hubs
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to clearly interact with our customers and wider stakeholder engagement with third parties. 
  • Strong operational background. Satisfying event management across regional areas
  • Manage Plant Hire equipment. On hire and off hire processes. 
  • Continuous improvement warehouse and operational environment. – Looking for someone with a track record of process improvement within a warehouse and operational environment. Surrounding people and material, process management and capability and resilience.
  • Be a self starter with confidence and acumen to get the job done within professional boundaries.
  • Drive down inefficiencies and raise performance levels meeting customer needs, monitoring and adapting KPIs to continuously Improve the Output.
