About the role:

Are you an accomplished PA or EA who is ready to manage the business life of our inspiring and highly regarded Digital Transformation Director?

Our Digital Transformation Director is extremely hands-on, interested and involved in all aspects of Digital and is passionate about people, our Values and Behaviours. You will be supporting Thames Water's and Digital Transformation's strategic ambitions and initiatives, managing communications, 

You will contribute to a positive, collaborative and committed working environment, building respect and trust amongst colleagues. You will also practice skilful, intuitive diary management as well as being involved with project and event management.

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate some or all of the below: 

  • Loyal and trustworthy with a friendly, sociable approach, expressing a passion for Thames Waters’ Purpose, Values and Behaviours
  • Keeping calm, adapting and responding to change and events which are inevitable in an operational business
