What you will be doing
You will be leading technical teams, developing strategies and improvement processes to allow the team and the region to excel
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy environment, collaborating and engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders. As the Leakage Optimisation Manager, you will work with the wider Leakage Optimisation teams, whilst also leading the regional team you are responsible for.
You will be responsible for managing a team of technically focused Engineers and Analysts covering a geographical region. Ensuring Thames Water can meet its in-year and in-AMP leakage target. This team is vital for Thames Water to maintain and improve its status at a time when the business faces unprecedented challenges from a customer experience and leakage perspective.
To be a successful candidate you will be an analytical thinker who can build rapport and positive working relationships whilst creating a positive working environment for the team you are managing.
We’re looking for you to:
- Leadership qualities and ideally experience in managing a team of people but not essential
- Have a dynamic approach and able to pick things up quickly
- An interest in learning industry and technical knowledge
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle is necessary for this role
