What you will be doing

Your role will be to actively contribute to the co-ordination of project delivery, supporting contractor activities and will enable continuous service delivery to our customers. This will entail setting up and monitoring costs and income, quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for Developer Services capital projects. Ensuring all governance requirements are met, scheme budgets are released in SAP on a timely basis, once the pre-requisites are met, and the application of our charges to customers is consistent with regulatory and statutory obligations, and to ensure that project commissioning and settlement are performed routinely on SAP.

You will work across teams to improve the quality of data in SAP including standardisation of approach, accuracy of categorisation of work and completeness of updates on jobs.

 

We’re looking for you to:

  • Analytical and inquisitive mind-set and be highly numerate.
  • Learn and apply regulatory and statutory rules and perform effectively in complex and difficult environments.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships within the business.
  • Managing budgets and costs preferably capex in a regulated environment is essential.
