What you will be doing

The customer planning team manager is responsible for leading, developing and managing a team of customer planners to ensure operational KPIs are being achieved. This people-focused role is here to improve engagement, drive performance, promote continuous improvement and help deliver great customer satisfaction.

We’re looking for you to:

  • Have previous people management experience - with strong leadership skills and prior experience of managing and driving performance in a team.
  • Be adaptable - this role will see you working in a constantly changing fast paced environment and you will need to be an adaptable individual with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - with good commercial acumen.

Our competitive salary package includes an excellent contributory pension, 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service and a wider benefits scheme.
