FIXED TERM CONTRACT (FTC) - Up to 12 month

What you will be doing

We are currently recruiting for a Leakage Optimisation Analyst on a FTC for up to 12 months. In this role you will be a key member of the Leakage optimisation team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day reporting and Analysis of leakage data, whilst prioritising the repair backlog to help optimise the delivery of the active main and customer side leak repair activities.

Main Accountabilities

  • Providing support to various operational teams; including metering queries crucial for managing the network.
  • Reporting and raising jobs for all faulty commercial loggers and prioritisations loggers as required; a key activity that will assist detection targeting work.
  • Detecting day-to-day leakage targeting in your appointed region utilising a range of systems.
  • Locating jobs and raising notifications in a timely manner to ensure jobs are raised as quickly as possible.

We’re looking for you to have:

  • Have a background in leakage or understand clean water networks.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience using SAP or GIS systems and you must be a confident Microsoft Excel user.
  • You will have strong communication skills and will be confident organising your workload effectively with good time management abilities.
  • An analytical mind and approach to work is the key to this role as well as the ability to manage a varied workload at one time.
  • The successful candidate will have a full UK driving licence
