Thames Water is the UK’s largest water and wastewater company. What you will be doing
Our Project Engineers manage all aspects of their projects including initial scoping of the need, competitively tendering the work, contractor procurement, site set up and inductions, and health and safety inspections, through to commissioning, training and handover to the operations teams. You will have advice and support from our subject matter experts, experienced colleagues, and health and safety advisors in the delivery of your projects.
We’re looking for you to:
- Good understanding of engineering concept and project delivery techniques
- Maintaining compliance with our Asset Standards, associated British & International Standards and professional codes of conduct
- Promoting our zero-compromise attitude to health and safety and striving for continuous improvement at all times
- Developing innovative and modern solutions to operational problems, making our sites more efficient and delivering value for money for our customers
