This role will involve:

We have a great opportunity for a Process Controller in our waste treatments business. This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in the UK's 2nd largest Sewage Treatment Works, you will be working as part of a team to ensure the effective and continuous operation of the works 24 hours a day. You will also be responsible for operating the works according to internal company requirements, a regulatory quality standard, and to meet customer demand.

You will be required to process fault-finding and suitable rectification by first fix, raising issues to maintenance or management as required. Supporting process needs of contractors completing work to improve process reliability.

We’re looking for you to have:

  • A minimum of GCSE level Maths and English or equivalent
  • Completion of NVQ level 2 units, BTec or equivalent experience in addition to Appointed
  • Prepared to be trained in safety procedures including Confined Space Entry
  • Significant experience in a relevant industry and with experience of managing or controlling the relevant processes or networks
  • Fully competent at using the appropriate Company IT systems and Office software
  • Previous experience of SCADA systems would be an advantage
