Thames Water is the UK’s largest water and wastewater company. We make a daily difference to our 15 million customers by supplying 2.6 billion litres of water through 32,000 km’s of pipes, to keep taps flowing and toilets flushing. We are an essential service and have operated throughout the Covid19 pandemic.

What you will be doing

We are looking for a committed and reliable candidate with a passion to be the best. To excel in this role, you will need to be an energetic and thoughtful when engaging with colleagues and senior managers alike. You will be an outgoing and enjoy networking and connecting teams together to orchestrate the relationship between the team, wider team, and the business.

High engagement within the team is crucial for the success of this role. You will need to be comfortable and confident with communicating with all levels of employees across the organisation with the same due care and attention. Use rigorous data analysis to provide vital insight to the performance of the wider team for reporting. Creation of weekly reports on health and safety data and other KPI’s to aid continuous improvement with the area.

We’re looking for you to:

  • Be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong logical and problem-solving
  • Be self-driven and motivated and can work under pressure to meet demanding targets, manage workflow and expectations over a number of sub regions within the South.
  • Be a team player who possess exceptional organisation and communication skills and can drive action.
  • You will be IT literate and able to learn new software quickly and concisely. Knowledge of SAP and company systems is an advantage.
  • Travel between sites is required for this role and to be successful, you must hold a full UK driving licence.
