Engineering – Help design, operate, and maintain the infrastructure of tomorrow

We want you to join our teams of Engineers across Operations, Engineering & Asset, and Capital Delivery.

Thames Water has moved to an “Intelligent Client” model for AMP7 and beyond, and is building in-house capability to understand how its physical assets are performing, and when to make appropriate operational or capital interventions.

The Engineering teams will own more of the scope and definition of projects, and risk will be managed by those best placed to mitigate it. Thames Water aims to be a business in control, leading its supply chain in a collaborative way, delivering brilliantly and maximising customer benefit.

Join us and you’ll be part of a company where people are at the heart of the business. We value the unique skills, experiences, and backgrounds that each employee brings. We’re proud of the positive ways of working we have adopted during the pandemic. We want to create a more flexible and dynamic environment so all our colleagues can thrive. For our office-based roles, we are moving to a hybrid approach where we will provide options around working from our offices, our operational sites, and home dependent on role/team/individual. This will be discussed during the assessment process.
