What you’ll be doing

We are looking for an experienced Employee Communications Manager on a FTC – 12 months, to develop and deliver engaging, informative, and meaningful internal communications and campaigns to drive employee engagement and understanding across the relevant functional areas and companywide.

You will work with Executive and senior managers across the organisation to develop employee communication and engagement strategy that addresses the business plan priorities, values, and ongoing organisational challenges. Ensuring mechanisms for feedback exist.

We’re looking for you to

Strong previous track record of communications and campaign handling essential

Have internal communications or communications consultancy experience preferred.

  • Degree in a relevant discipline or recognised professional qualification from relevant institute/professional body preferred but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills essential
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English required
  • Familiar with MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Teams and content management platforms like Popullo (preferred)
