What you’ll be doing

We are looking for an HR Advisor/Coordinator on a 7–9-month FTC, you will provide a professional, confidential, administrative, and advisory HR service to the Thames Water Network Transformation programme. The role will support the arrangements of the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new hires.  The role will also support the smooth integration of TUPE transferring employees to the Company through the co-ordination of engagement, communication, and transition activity of the transferring employees to the Company

We’re looking for you to

  • Have experience in dealing with confidential/sensitive information, able to be discrete and professional, and trusted with sensitive information
  • An understanding of potentially discriminatory recruitment practices and how to avoid pitfalls
  • Customer service focused and committed to providing a helpful, friendly, responsive service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively
  • Able to find pragmatic solutions, seek improvements, and adapt to changing situations
  • Positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to support others where needed, including site visits
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal, written, communication and organisational skills
  • Fully competent at using the appropriate company IT systems and office software
