What you’ll be doing
The HR Advisor’s role is to provide a professional, confidential, administrative, and advisory HR service to the Thames Water Network Transformation programme. The role will support the arrangements of the recruitment, and onboarding of new hires.
What you should bring to the role
- Some experience in a HR and/or recruitment administration role
- Experience in dealing with confidential/sensitive information
- Understanding of potentially discriminatory recruitment practices and how to avoid pitfalls
- Customer service focused and committed to providing a helpful, friendly, responsive service
- Experience in assisting with candidate shortlisting and on an interview panel and assessment centre
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to present information, verbally and in writing, clearly and concisely, with excellent attention to detail
- A positive “can do” attitude and willingness to support others where needed is a must
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal, written, communication, and organisational skills
- Fully competent at using the appropriate company IT systems and office software
