What you’ll be doing

Working alongside the Business Readiness Team, Retail Leadership Team, and relevant stakeholders, the Change Communications Manager will develop a change communications strategy for customer transformation.  This is an interesting role that will see the successful candidate building and delivering engaging employee change communication plans and content to drive clear understanding and buy into the customer transformation programme.

You will be a self-starter and someone who is looking for an interesting new challenge as you engage and inform colleagues about the positive journey we are on.

 

What you should bring to the role

  • A strong previous track record of change communications and campaign handling is essential with a minimum of 4-5 years experience; internal communications or communications consultancy experience preferred
  • Experience in video creation and editing is preferred
  • Experience in managing external agencies preferred but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills essential 
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English required 
  • Familiar with MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Car driver preferred
