The role:

The role of a CSA is fast-paced and varied, so if you’re looking for a job that will keep you on your toes, keep reading!

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will strive to deliver a great customer service experience for everyone you speak to. You will need to take ownership of each situation, ask the relevant questions, and come to a resolution that leaves the customer feeling that they have been heard and dealt with in the best way possible.

Previous experience isn’t necessary, all we ask is you have a proactive attitude and always look for a positive solution to things. Everything else, we can teach throughout our great training program that starts the moment you walk through the doors!

  • Salary starts at £19500 with a performance-related salary progression

  • Flexible working after training – This is an office based role for the first 8 weeks allowing you to work from home for over half of your shifts! but must be able to attend the office 2 days a week.
  • This is a part-time role offering hours Monday to Friday 10-2 with the flexibility to go full time if your circumstances change.
