We are looking for a Validation Analyst. Paying between £28,985 - £39,215.

There is an option to be working from home 3 days a week and 2 day in the office.

What you will be doing

Provide management information, analysis, and commentary to enable the validation work packs to be produced. Analyse the network to create robust permit to works for validation, asset health checks and integrity tests to be performed in line with Asset Standards, while minimising customer impact. Provide reports for other areas to make informed business decisions. 

  • Develop management reports and presentations, collecting and analysing complex technical data with expert commentary, advice, and recommendations, as appropriate.
  • Design a technical solution to a network problem relating to DMA integrity and use insight and information from the validation field teams and asset management.
  • Conduct research to find historic and current data to support the needs of the validation field team or wider team and manipulate the data as necessary to provide key information
  • Actively follow up all outstanding work with key stakeholders around the business until job closure
  • Support the department by liaising or attending meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, as required.
  • Create the DIT Pack and supporting PTWs.

Please note- There is a weekly evening meeting usually carried out on Thursdays that you would be expected to attend with your line manager and the night supervisor resulting in a later start/finish time. Occasional night shift here and there to keep the relationship up with the techs.

We are looking for you to:

  • Have Strong analytical background.
  • Have 2 years’ relevant business or technical experience
  • Experience of providing detailed management reports.
  • High attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and proactive in approach.
  • Fully competent at using the appropriate Company IT systems and Office software
  • Able to mentor and transfer analysis skills to others
