The role:

This is an ongoing temporary role that allows 100% remote working from the start!

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will strive to deliver a great customer service experience for everyone you speak to. You will need to take ownership of each situation, ask the relevant questions and come to a resolution that leaves the customer feeling that they have been heard and dealt with in the best way possible.

 What we are looking for:

Previous experience is necessary,  you will have a proactive attitude and always look for a positive solution to things. Our great training program starts from day 1!
