What you’ll be doing
Our Non-Household (NHH) Service Delivery is a major component in helping reduce water demand by transforming our NHH metering, and value adds products and services with our smart meter rollout.
We have an additional requirement for a Non-Household (NHH) Data Administrator for Maternity cover within our Digital Data Services team.
Working closely with the Digital Data Services Lead to support the delivery of Thames Water’s wholesale metering service offerings; to SLA and in compliance with the market code. To provide support in billing reconciliation and assisting in managing our smart meter data services.
Ensure that Customer Programmes is diligently raising invoices to Wholesale Market Services (WMS) for Retail led activities.
- The individual will be responsible for:
- Case management of DDS and providing smart meter reads
- Field Investigation support
- Liaising with the Data team to ensure the quality of data in providing smart meter reads
- Monitoring of Digital Data Service inbox
- Champion best practise within the NHHMT and wider customer programmes team.
- Develop an understanding of NHH, working towards Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NHH
- Providing monthly Smart data to Retailers
- Support in general team queries/admin
What you should bring to the role
It is envisaged that the appointed Non-Household (NHH) Data Administrator will possess past working customer service skills and be an effective communicator, both written and verbal and will have experience working within stakeholder engagement
Must be comfortable with the use of MS Office tools, working knowledge of Power BI is not essential but would be advantageous.
You’ll have strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail and will be effective within your reporting methods and have the ability in identifying trends in data and driving improvements in data quality and delivery.

This is a secondment position set for a 13 to 18-month duration. This position will be offering up to £26,000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience and suitability. The package includes an excellent contributory pension and 24 days of holiday (pro rata).

As part of your role, you’ll be required to participate in a rota to provide Customer Incident Support, as requested by the Company from time to time.
