We’re looking for people with a passion for providing high-quality customer service to join our Contact Centre in Swindon as a Customer Service Advisor.  Don't worry if you haven’t done this before, what’s important to us is a proactive outlook, a ‘customer first’ approach, and a great attitude! 

What you’ll be doing

In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and deliver a great experience to every customer you speak with. You’ll take ownership of each situation, asking the relevant questions, listening, and finding a solution that leaves our customers feeling that they have been understood and supported in the best way possible.

We know our service is essential, but we also want it to be exceptional, so we need you to help us make sure we’re always putting our customers first. If you thrive on a challenge, are at your best when you’re busy, enjoy helping and can empathise with customers who are facing difficulty, then the Customer Service Advisor is the perfect job for you!

Our working hours are 36 hours a week and to ensure we are available to support our customers, you'll be working on one of the fixed working patterns below:

  • 5-Day Week - 0800 - 2000 Monday to Friday working 1 Saturday in 4
  • 5-Day Week - 1215 - 2000 Monday to Friday
  • 4-Day Week - Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 0830 - 1800
  • 4-Day Week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday 0830 - 1800

We’re holding assessment centres for our Customer Service Advisor role, and it's a great opportunity to visit our office in Swindon and meet some of the team.

What you should bring to the role

  • A strong passion for customer service - if you have worked within a contact centre previously, that’s great but also if you're used to supporting customers either face-to-face or over the telephone, you’ve got the potential to become an exceptional Customer Service Advisor
  • Active listening skills
  • The ability to hold difficult conversations and demonstrate resilience and strength
  • Passion and a great team player
  • A good level of computer literacy, and problem-solving skills
