We currently have an exciting opportunity for a career-minded individual to join our team as a Field Performance Manager. If successful you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of skilled Mechanical, Electrical, and ICA technicians to safely achieve specific operational outputs to the required standards, within budget and deadlines.

What you’ll be doing as a Performance Manager

  • Control and audit site activity, ensuring the safety of the team, contractors and other third parties through the consistent application of company Health & Safety.
  • Manage an operational team to perform effectively against internal and external.
  • Optimise service delivery and champion a customer focus.
  • Lead and develop team members.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders as required.
  • Working hours: 38 hours per week
  • Base Location: Beckton STW, East London.

What should you bring to the role?

  • Relevant experience working within Water or Wastewater treatment or comparable industry,
  • Qualification in Mechanical and Electrical or ICA.
  • Ability to lead and develop people within a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
