This is a high-profile customer and stakeholder-facing role supporting the delivery of our biggest ever capital delivery programme AMP7. As well as engaging with customers about our projects, the successful candidate will also be promoting these to public figures such as elected councillors and Members of Parliament.
What you’ll be doing as a Customer Experience Coordinator
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures and external regulations and best practices
- Work alongside various Thames Water departments to ensure that our projects including signage are on brand and that any written communication is using Thames Water tone
- Work within the project delivery teams to ensure that customers and stakeholders requirements championed. Communicate effectively with our customers and stakeholders the nature of the work and how they may be impacted
- Lead the engagement and communication on each project from beginning to end
- Attend site visits to carry out health and safety checks and compliance of policies
- Be the face of Thames Water at customer, stakeholder and project meetings as required
Base Location: Clearwater Court, Reading - Hybrid
Working Pattern: 36 hours
What you should bring to the role
- Full driving license
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Good organisational skills
- Experience in customer engagement
