This is a pivotal role in which you will support the timely delivery of data & insight to the Operational Contact Centre and its supporting functions.
Leading a team of data analysts, you will create, maintain, and improve data processes and reporting while interfacing with senior business stakeholders. Your team will be responsible for the exploration, cleansing, querying, processing, and visualisation of data, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs.
What you’ll be doing as a Data & Insight Manager
- Your skill and capability will ensure the right information and insight is provided to the right colleagues at the right time to optimise decision making.
- You will effectively utilise and grow the skills within the team and their understanding of the data we work with.
- Continuous improvement to increase the stability and accuracy of data processes and reporting will be essential for future success. You will lead the delivery of clearly articulated data & insight to the business, working alongside other teams to identify data led solutions to improve business performance and efficiency.
What you should bring to the role
- Have proficient knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python (or alternate programming language), Excel and MS Office
- Have previous experience working in a data-driven environment - you must have excellent management and influencing skills to help drive the use of data for business insight and action.
- You will be an analytical thinker possessing strong problem-solving skills as well as solid written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience line managing a team is desirable although this is not essential if you can demonstrate an aptitude to manage a team
- Some knowledge of ETL processes, data engineering principles and cloud data infrastructure would be preferable
- Some knowledge of SAP BW, SAP Business Objects, Azure DevOps and Agile would be preferable
- Either have a degree within an analytical field or have proven experience- e.g, Science, Maths disciplines and have experience with databases, data analysis and reporting.

- Offering a salary between £44,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on skills and previous experience
- 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service (Plus bank holidays)
