During the session, you will:

- Gain practical insights into training routes, entry pathways, and support available for refugees
- Take part in a networking with hiring teams

- Operations roles — site maintenance, treatment works, network operations and field teams keeping water and wastewater services running.
- Engineering & technical roles — mechanical, electrical and civil engineering, project engineering, environmental roles and project management focused on improving infrastructure and sustainability.
- Customer & business support — customer service, claims, scheduling, coordination and other office-based opportunities.
- Digital & data roles — IT, digital transformation, data analysis, systems and business improvement.
- Early careers pathways — apprenticeships, graduate programmes, internships and entry-level roles across the organisation.
